So official challenge results.. I tried not to weigh but every once and a while. I will tell you it ranges from 118.2 to 120.8 throughout my whole challenge. I haven't measured at all since the end of my last challenge. I get the transformation kit still but most days I only do one shake a day and 2 sensible meals and lots of snacks of course but I love all the other goodies that come with it! Also Bryan gets the Fit kit and I will admit at first the cookies and I were not friends but in March when they came out with the new ones I LOVE them. Especially the Oatmeal, pop that lil guy in the microwave for 17 seconds and heaven awaits! I work out 3-5 times a week. Mostly cardio and resistance training. I am a Body Rocker! I have several home workout programs and some list of my own I go by. So here it goes!!!

BY THE CHART STANDARDS THAT'S AN ATHLETE! HA WHO WOULD HAVE EVER THOUGH OF ME AS AN ATHLETE! I have always hated those charts because they always put me in a category I didn't want to be in! The dreaded Borderline state, which is almost worse than the actual above or below cause it screams hey idiot do something or else! So cheers to not being defined by a chart, or a scale for that matter!I have no clue what my next challenge will be.. so comment or msg me with some ideas! I am ready to take it to the next level!
