I am taking little bits of my fav's from all the workouts I do and smashing them into a quick beefin up the booty workout because my backside needs all the help it can get. Repeat it as many times as you can! Also I use resistance bands w/ab belt for part of this. You can get bands almost anywhere I have the lifeline brand from Academy but I also think Wal Mart has a decent selection too. So here it is hope you enjoy my first ever assembled workout! Always remember to stretch before you start a workout!
Warm Up with 100 Jumping Jacks - I love J.J cause it get's the whole body going!
50 Squats- Take you time and do them right! Better to do 5 right then 10 wrong!
20 Side Lunges(each leg)- Hold each out for 10 seconds!
60 Bridges- (This is not like london bridge is falling down if you don't know how youtube it! Although the other is a great stretching/flexibility task if you can pull it off!) On count 60 hold up for for a 20 count and squeeze your tush with all you have!
WHILE HOLDING still...butterfly your knees for a count of 25 try not to rush through it the slower you go the more burn you will get! I know at this point your dying up there and want to rush it!
(Resistance Band in Door Jam) If you don't have one just do the motion!
Row Boats to a 100 count or 1 min whichever you prefer
(this is your arms extended and pull into your body as you squat) Also once your comfortable with it you can switch up your feet.

So there is my quick booty workout! Do it by itself for a quick burn or add it to your other workouts! Again I took bits and pieces from alot of my workout programs to make a list of what I feel works best for me! It's not like I am brilliant enough to come up with this all on my own lol Have a great Day!
